Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 12, 2026

Redoor is working to make its website and product experiences usable for a broad range of people, devices, and assistive technologies.

Accessibility Commitment

We aim to improve usability over time and work toward practical accessibility improvements informed by recognized standards such as WCAG 2.2 Level AA, product feedback, and engineering review. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification event.

What We Focus On

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation where reasonably possible
  • Meaningful labels, headings, and status messaging for major product flows
  • Readable color contrast, responsive layouts, and adaptable text presentation
  • Ongoing review of forms, authentication, billing, and policy pages for accessibility barriers

Known Limitations and Third-Party Content

Some parts of Redoor may rely on third-party providers or embedded services, such as billing or communications tools, that are not fully controlled by Redoor. Some older or less frequently used flows may also present accessibility limitations that we have not yet fully addressed.

Requesting Help or Reporting a Barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need an accommodation, or want content in an alternate format, email hello@redoor.co with the subject line "Accessibility Request" and include the page or feature involved, the issue you encountered, and the device, browser, or assistive technology used if known.
