Support Channels
We currently route all inbound support, legal, privacy, accessibility, copyright, compliance, and safety requests through a single inbox. Use a clear subject line so we can triage your request quickly.

Privacy and Data Rights Requests
To help us process a request efficiently, include:
- Your full name and account email
- The request type, such as access, correction, deletion, export, or objection
- Any relevant URL, post ID, project ID, message thread, or report ID
- If using an authorized agent, documentation showing the agent's authority where required by law
We may request identity verification before completing a rights request. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to the decision or emailing hello@redoor.co with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."
Accessibility, Copyright, and Legal Process
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an accommodation or alternate format, email hello@redoor.cowith the subject line "Accessibility Request" and describe the issue, page, and assistive technology or device involved.
Copyright complaints and counter-notices should follow the steps in our Copyright Policy. For law enforcement or legal process requests, send the request from an official domain and include jurisdiction, authority, scope, and return-contact details.
Safety and Emergency Concerns
Use in-app reporting whenever possible and include screenshots, profile links, or message references. For immediate threats or emergencies, contact emergency services first and then notify us at hello@redoor.cowith the subject line "Safety Report."
Project Support Intake
If a live project needs a routed realtor, builder, contractor, or field partner, use the secondary intake form so the admin team can triage the request appropriately.
