Redoor is a professional platform for operators, co-founders, builders, contractors, and service partners. Use the platform honestly, respectfully, and with a focus on real collaboration.

Expected Conduct

  • Post truthful, specific information about projects, responsibilities, timing, and risk assumptions
  • Respect boundaries, consent, privacy, and confidentiality in direct messages, posts, and project spaces
  • Represent your role, licensing status, track record, and authority accurately
  • Use Redoor for active working relationships rather than passive money-only solicitations
  • Respond professionally to moderation, compliance, and safety inquiries

Prohibited Behavior

  • Fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam, manipulation, or deceptive lead generation
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, stalking, sexual exploitation, or violent content
  • Unlicensed brokerage, guaranteed-return claims, misleading fundraising claims, or fake credentialing
  • Sharing personal, financial, or confidential information without authorization
  • Malware, scraping, unauthorized access attempts, or efforts to bypass platform security or moderation controls

Post Quality and Professional Integrity

Posts should contain enough context for meaningful due diligence, including deal type, location, partner role, timeline, budget assumptions, and expected experience level. Avoid vague claims, false urgency, unverifiable performance statements, and omission of material constraints.

If a license, permit, registration, or professional qualification is relevant to the work being discussed, disclose that accurately and do not imply approvals or credentials you do not hold.

Fair Housing and Non-Discrimination

Housing-related content must comply with fair housing and anti-discrimination laws. Do not express preferences, limitations, exclusions, or targeting criteria tied to protected characteristics or otherwise engage in unlawful steering.

Reporting, Enforcement, and Appeals

Users can report content, accounts, and suspicious behavior in-app or through our safety channels. Confirmed violations may result in content removal, warnings, visibility restrictions, feature limits, suspension, or account termination.

If you believe enforcement was made in error, contact support with the report ID, content URL, or account details so we can review the decision.
